Sorry for not blogging! One bright sunny day, we went to Six Flags. There was a lonnnnnng line! We finally went to the safari truck and off we went! I was looking forward to seeing monkeys! We saw bears, lions, tigers, elephants, flamingos, peacocks, and more! We ate popcorn, and went on a carousel. We had lots of fun! * Photos not from our trip Sorry for not being active on my blog! Today's post is about my favorite places to visit in the summer.
My List: 1. The Disney Cruise- which I visited in 2014. I liked it because I saw my favorite characters, Mickey, Minnie... there was an ocean club, splash areas, I had my autograph book signed by alll the characters, the food was great, and I had my picture taken with all of the princesses. 2. Asbury Beach & Splash Park- because we went with my friends and on the beach, built a heart shaped pool in the sand that had water in it with the help of 2 adults, and in the splash park, we got wet! 3. Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park- because we were camping in an RV and went to the splash park and playground 4. Bronx Zoo- because it had many different types of animals that were fun to see 5. The Constitution Center- because I got to sign the consitution and learned about the difference it created, and of the famous figures who wrote it and how they were important. 6. New York- seeing the different museums and the Statue of Liberty Those are 6 of my favorite places! Thank you so much for visiting my blog even when I was not active! That's all for today! Arhan My favorite holiday is Christmas. Christmas celebrates the birth of Jesus, the son of god. Christmas Day is a public holiday in many of the world's nations, is celebrated culturally by a large number of non-Christian people. Christmas is celebrated on December 25th.
The night before Christmas, Santa plans out gifts to give to the children. It is believed that Santa delivers those presents. In some parts of the world, people leave out cookies and milk. . The next day on Christmas, the children discover presents under their Christmas tree, and open them. This brings me to my next point, which is that planting Christmas trees is another tradition of Christmas. On your tree, you might put ornaments and little special features to make your tree look pretty. You can even buy lights and put them over your tree. This is my favorite holiday because I like receiving love and even though I'm not Christian, I like doing all of the fun traditions. My favorite part of Christmas is getting presents and unwrapping them. Christmas is a fun holiday for all ages! I love Earth because it has gravity. When you jump, gravity protects you from flying into space. Another reason why I love Earth is because Earth is where I live and I love my planet! Earth provides everything a living being needs to survive.
Information about Earth 1. Earth is the third planet in our solar system. It orbits around the Sun. 2. The Earth's two nicknames are "Blue Planet" and "Big Blue Marble" because when astronauts take a picture of it from space, it looks like a marble. 3. It takes Earth 365 days to orbit the sun. 365 days is a year. 4. Earth has a gravity of about 32 feet. 5. Earth is more than a billion years old. I love Earth? What do you love? Why? Comment below! My grandparents are nice! Everytime they come to visit our family, they play the games that I want. These games include: Connect 4, Headbandz, and sometimes even the jumbo lego blocks. They also tell me and my sister stories. They bring us our presents, and we open them. Once I found a toy penguin in my box with a giant pen. After I finish unwrapping my present, my sister opens her box. One time, she found a toy penguin and 3 novels.
By the time we finish playing with our presents, it's time for dinner. Everytime my grandparents come, Mom has made a very yummy meal. I am the first one to finish my meal. While I wait for all of the others to finish, I plan the next games. "Saanvi? What games do you want to play? Come back, everyone!" Everyone comes back after a couple of minutes, rinses their plates and spoons, and goes upstairs. Now, everyone says that we can't play more games. But this is just the beginning of their visit. There is more to come. By: Arhan Welcome to my blog! Since this is my first blog, I'm really excited!
